- Each record lists every City file or report where it appears.
- Rebuilt from City of Dallas files only. Certificates issued between November 16 and December 31, 2022, and the City's reports for August and September 2025, are not in the files the City publishes; certificates issued before October 2015 are not covered. From 2023 to mid-2025 the City's reports list applications as of that month, issued or not: read the status and the issue date. Since late 2025 the City's reports no longer give the business name. A certificate issued years ago may have been replaced by a later one at the same address. Owner names are never downloaded.
